Peter D. Cook:

An expert in transportation and logistics analysis, combined with information systems. Has over 30 years of experience as chief technical lead and project manager on a wide range of transportation and IT projects including feasibility studies, national-level transport planning and policy studies, asset management, enterprise information systems for transportation agencies, GIS-based decision support systems, and safety IT applications. Led and performed numerous cost-benefit analyses, business process re-engineering engagements, supply chain analysis, and e-government planning projects. Author of numerous published papers, including a forthcoming chapter of a book on e-planning for transportation and taught university courses in transportation planning, integrated transportation information systems, and data warehousing. A graduate of MIT and Harvard.

Frank J. Remley:

A nationally known management consultant in the transportation sector, with over 35 years of experience. A managing director of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP's transportation practice from 1993 through 2001. As a Senior VP of Harbridge House, Inc. of Boston, managed a consulting team that focused on information systems and technology management, transportation, and financial advisory services. A specialist in management organization studies, management development, strategic planning, reengineering, asset management, project management, and information systems and technology in transportation, and in engineering and construction. Has worked in many industry sectors including transportation, insurance, business equipment, securities, telecommunications, public utilities, government, automotive, and professional services. A graduate of Princeton, Stanford and Boston Universities.

Jonathan Stevens:

Has over 28 years of professional experience working with infrastructure and economic development in areas such as urban and rural transport, transport corridors, urban development, disaster assistance, water and sanitation, rail, road, inland waterways, and geographic information system. Has worked in the United States and more than 80 countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe, including extensive experience in Indonesia. Led and performed economic and financial analysis, logistics performance analysis, project evaluation, infrastructure assessment, and development of decision-support systems. Was a start-up partner and Vice President of PM Global Infrastructure, Inc., the Navis Group, and the Kineo Foundation. A graduate of MIT and Evergreen State College.

Sophia T. Yu:

Led and project managed several projects in the transportation, travel, and logistics industries, including an e-business strategy for the Service Parts Logistics division of United Parcel Service (UPS), a business case analysis for in-flight Internet access for a consortium of major airlines, and a business case analysis for upgrading legacy to Internet (IP) based networks for Air Canada. Performed business process re-engineering for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Delta Airlines for the implementation of next-generation reservation and IT systems.
