Once the needs are understood, we offer services to help the client acquire IT products and services, such as formulating the procurement strategy, conducting market surveys, writing the request for proposal, and selecting the right vendors. During implementation, we can continue to serve as the client’s trusted advisor in the oversight of vendors, in aligning business requirements to implementation, and in ensuring quality deliverables
